John McDaniel on Acoustic Guitar and Vocals
Born in Baltimore, Maryland John later moved with his family to the Central Orlando area in the mid 50’s.  In the late 60’s, John was stationed in Ft. Worth, Texas with the Air Force. There he developed a real love for country music where hard core country music is more than a style…it’s a way of life.

John returned home and graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and is an avid Knight fan today. John worked for many years in the retail business and finally in 2002 left the corporate world to do what he always dreamed of…to perform and sing music.

He and his wife Marsha have traveled extensively throughout the United States visiting some 40+ states, Canada, Mexico and Europe. John also assists Marsha with her Wedding and Portrait Photography business. You can see her web site at www.mgmphotos.com. She is a great photographer..

John fell in love with music at a young age, listening to a wide range of singers and stylist, including standards, country, pop and old rock.  When you really love what you do, it shows. John loves recreating great sounds from such super artists as Elvis Presley, The Drifters, Neil Diamond, Temptations, Righteous Brothers, The Eagles, The Everly Brothers, Jerry Lee Lewis, Wilson Pickett, Eric Clapton, Deon, Roy Orbinson, Jimmy Buffet, Bob Segar, Jim Croce, Buddy Holly and many more.

John’s country influence really shines through by mixing both country classics and today’s current hits from Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, George Strait, Trace Akins, Joe Nichols, Blake Shelton, Craig Morgan, Tim McGraw, Gary Alan, Daryl Worley, Travis Tritt, Tracy Lawrence, Alabama, Garth Brooks, Clint Black, John Denver, Conway Twitty, Willie Nelson, Jim Reeves, Ray Price, Randy Travis, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, George Jones and Merle Haggard.

It’s been a real labor of love, says John.  I made a lot of friends along the way. Looking back, I think it was all just meant to be.  I got into this because I love to sing and play music. John worked awfully hard to perfect his craft and deliver his music with a professional sound.  I don’t think I chose to play music.   It’s almost like it chose me.  It just jumped out and grabbed me.  I can’t think of anything else I’d rather do than sing.”
